Shipping policy

This Shipping Policy explains how we process and ship orders and what to do if something goes wrong in transit.

1) Shipping destinations

We ship to U.S. addresses. Some items may be restricted based on size, weight, carrier rules, or destination limitations.

2) Processing time

Most in-stock orders are prepared within 1–2 business days (Mon–Fri, excluding holidays).
If an item requires special handling, authentication steps, or extra packing time, we’ll notify you.

3) Estimated transit time (after dispatch)

  • Standard shipping: typically 3–7 business days

  • Expedited shipping: typically 2–5 business days (if offered at checkout)

Transit times are estimates and may change due to weather, peak seasons, or carrier delays.

4) Packaging and protection

Many collectibles and specialty items require extra protection. We may use:

  • Reinforced boxing and cushioning

  • “Fragile” labeling when appropriate

  • Signature confirmation for higher-value shipments (when available)

5) Tracking

Tracking information is sent once a label is created. Carrier scans may take up to 48 hours to appear.

6) Split shipments

Orders may ship in separate packages (especially if items come from different stock locations). You may receive multiple tracking numbers.

7) Address accuracy

Please double-check your shipping details. If a package is returned due to an incorrect address, reshipping fees may apply.

8) Missing, damaged, or delayed orders

If your package arrives damaged or seems lost, email info@sternandstern.us within 7 days of the delivered date (or expected delivery date). Include your order number and photos if damage occurred.
